A CDM Coordinator is required for any project which is notifiable to the HSE.
As your CDM Coordinator we will:
- Advise and assist you with your HSE duties
- Notify details of the project to HSE (F10)
- Coordinate health and safety aspects of design work and cooperate with others
involved with the project
- Facilitate good communication between the client, designers and contractors
- Liaise with the principal contractor regarding on-going design work and construction
issues / controls
- Identify, collect and pass on pre-construction information and prepare or update
the health and safety file.

- Preparation of Health and Safety File
- Attendance at Project / Design Team Meetings Carry out CDM Audits on site
- Carry out Site Inspections on site on Request by Client

- Compilation of the Health and Safety File on Contract Completion.
