Our company was born out of a need to provide training to our colleagues in line with business and legislative requirements. 

 

However, demand from within the group was quickly outstripped by the number of external customers wanting to use our services and within 2 years more than 90% of our business was coming from external customers similar to you.

 

In 2008, Rand Training had grown sufficiently to be recognised as a separate business, independent of the group and as such Rand Training Ltd was born.  The business continued to thrive and grow, tapping into new sources of funding and attracting new customers all the time.

 

Rand Training has continued to thrive as an independent limited company, being totally unaffected when the Rand Group went into administration in 2009.
