Introduction to Rand Training
Rand Training is part of the Rand Group (comprising a number of construction companies including civil engineeing, development and building). We operate from state of the art training facilities both at Rand in Lincolnshire and Chesterfield.
We are a multi-functional construction training provider that specialises in Plant Operations, Safety and Safety management training. We are an approved CPCS Test Centre, Training Provider and NVQ Assessment Centre and also hold accreditations with IOSH, NEBOSH and City & Guilds to deliver various safety related training.
We also offer advice and guidance to ensure that all of our customers are accessing every bit of funding they can to help them manage the cost of the training they undertake with us.
CPCS Plant Training and Testing
As an approved CPCS Testing Centre we can deliver the new CPCS Technical Test to equip your employees with the right card to get on site. This is backed up by our approved CPCS training which provides all operators, both novice and experienced, with the skills required to pass the Technical Test.
Safety Training
Our extensive range of health and safety courses covers all of the key areas required by businesses in our sector of expertise. As a result we can fulfil all of your safety training needs.
CPCS Plant NVQ Assessment
As part of the CPCS scheme, Plant Operations NVQs are essential to ensure that your operators are properly qualified with the right cards. We deliver them in a fast, simple manner which will cause minimum disruption to your sites and employees.
Safety Management
Our Health and Safety Management courses will ensure that all your managers and supervisory staff are fully versed in the latest legislation and health and safety practice.
Management and Facilitation
Our management and facilitation workshops help to ensure that customers achieve great results from complex projects and situations.
Funding
Training isn't cheap but there are ways you can claim money to assist. Rand Training will ensure you have access to as many sources of funding as possible.
